Returns & Exchanges

At Cat Haven, we want you to be completely feline-fine with your purchase; if your fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn garments in the original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
